would stay again if visiting the area/city
it is on the Ginza line (one of the last stops) in fact it is near two stations on Ginza line so nipping to central of city/ other tourist spots are straight forward. Local to area we have Ueno main park which is a good spot for Sakura. Ueno itself has a lot to see and do. Accommo is clean with 4 comfy queen beds so I think it is a big studio flat considering it is Tokyo. Shower is clean and works well. washer functionally well. and kitchenette is decent enough equipped. near by 7/11 and supermarket literally 2-3mins away very convenient. Direct line from Ueno to airport is a bonus. It was not inexpensive but comparable to other accommodation near by it is of reasonable value.
Peak season during Sakura viewing so it was quite dear. Otherwise I am happy with everything else

Immaculate and well appointed, everything we needed - close to Ueno but in a quiet part of town
Clean and a nice size - roomy Happy for the fridge and simple kitchen too
The shower water never got hot, stayed warm but being as it was cold outside a hot shower would have been lovely. The windows are opaque - meaning no clear glass to see out, so while the hotel gave us a room upstairs that afforded a view, we could only see it if we stood outside on the fire exit at the stairs. But, having no view made us get out and about which was what we came to Tokyo to do!

We liked the place in a convenient location
Allowed our entire family of 5 to stay in one “room”. It. Was a little like a VRBO stay, basically an apartment. Very convenient to Ueno station. The check in and out procedure was easy
The double beds seemed like they put two singles together with a cover over the split. Other than the beds being a little firm the place was large and in a convenient location
